Morning Song Specialty Coffee is a coffee brand specifically made for birdwatchers and naturalists. I started brainstorming the idea while working shifts at my production assistant job at a local, Austin-proud coffee roastery. The main motivation behind the brand is to have a specialty coffee that birdwatchers, people that typically wake up very, very early in the morning, can purchase. The project is still in its early stages, but there are plans to make different coffee SKUs (flavors) with corresponding information labels, advertising material, and appropriate merchandise.
